Jamie Palmateer Aids In DUI Training
 Jamie Palmateer recently returned as a "test" subject at a field sobriety training class conducted for upstate law enforcemet officers. This training, in which subjects are given controlled amounts of alchohol, allows trainees to apply their advanced DUI training in evaluating those under the influence.

Those charged have the right at all times to decline field sobriety tests. Refusal to take field sobriety tests does not constitute disobeying a police command and is considered a valid exercise of constitutional rights.
